About association dues

The Foster Park Neighborhood Association annual dues are $50.00 per household. Though dues are voluntary, all residents are strongly encouraged to participate because these funds allow us to make important, ongoing investments in the neighborhood.

Note | Household dues were increased in May 2022 for the first time in at least a decade, and only due to the naturally rising prices of goods and services.

Neighborhood dues support the following services and initiatives:

  • Social events
  • Newsletter mailings
  • Street trees
  • Neighborhood banners
  • Lawn care for the Sheridan Court center park strip
  • Meeting space
  • Website
  • Membership in the Packard Area Planning Alliance (PAPA)
  • Membership in the Southwest Area Partnership (SWAP)
