About

The Historic Foster Park Neighborhood Association is governed by a nine-member, volunteer board of directors. Board members are elected at the annual membership meeting each May. Board terms run from July 1st through June 30th. Contact the board president if you are interested in joining as a board member or volunteer. We are always happy to have new ideas and perspectives!

Association Meetings

Board Meetings

The Board typically meets each quarter. Meetings are open to the public and neighbors are encouraged to attend. Meetings begin at 6:00pm. Contact the board president for location details and/or to request a topic be discussed by the board of directors.

Annual Meeting

Our next annual membership meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 2027 at 6pm. Additional details to be announced in late winter.

This meeting includes a variety of neighborhood updates, the election of board members, the approval of the annual budget, and opportunities to share feedback. It is also a great time to meet new neighbors and socialize with old friends. Hope to see you there!

Rental Restriction

Renting is not allowed within the Foster Park Neighborhood boundaries without board approval (per our Restrictive Covenants as amended in 2005). If you are currently renting, please contact the board president to initiate the formal review process.

Association Dues

Annual dues for the Foster Park Neighborhood Association are $50.00 per household. For more information or to submit your dues payment online, please visit the Dues page.
