Homeowner Improvement Program

The Southwest Area Partnership (SWAP) is excited to make Homeowner Improvement Program matching grants available to homeowners and renters in Fort Wayne’s southwest quadrant.

Successful grant recipients can get a 50% reimbursement (up to $300 total) for home improvement or beautification projects that improve the overall street-side exterior appearance of their home. Example projects include gutter repairs, exterior painting, porch replacement, or landscaping.

Matching grants are available on a first come, first served basis so be sure to submit your application sooner than later. UPDATE | All funds have been accounted for and any new applications are being added to the wait list.
